Rachel accumulated over 35 years of laboratory operations experience, with 31 years in Parkway Laboratories. As laboratory operations manager in Parkway Laboratories, she was overseeing the whole operations (technical and non-technical) of Parkway core lab. Aside, she was also assigned to evaluate Fortitude Covid Test during Covid outbreak and continuously assessed Covid Testing using Cobas 6800, Resolute 1.0 and 2.0. Her portfolio also includes heading clinic test development and she directed the development and evaluation of new clinical tests.
Rachel is trained in multiple disciplines including Serology, Chemistry, Immunology, Haematology and Microbiology; and holds a BSc(Hons) in Biomedical Science and a Advanced Diploma in Medical Technology.
